Welcome to The Beach Gallery and our new exhibition of Arthur Skowron’s world class show “The Fisherman Artist”.
Arthur’s professional painting style brings to life the action and thrill of the catch. His vibrant quasi-abstract paintings each portray actual species from Long Island waters. Striped Bass, Blues, Blackfish, Fluke, and other species lurching for the lure, streaming underwater, and crashing through the wake.
The trained eye recognizes the dynamic quality of these original works whose value will only increase with time as this relatively yet unknown artist grows in popularity and gains notoriety with collectors.
But these works should really be collected for their stunning beauty alone. They speak to the heart of the devoted fisherman whose life is engaged in the love of the pursuit.
Prices range from $400 to $850. A price list is posted below.
Painting purchased on-line can be picked up at the gallery or shipped after the opening reception. Our professional framer is available to quote framing prices on-line upon request. All paintings are unframed. Credit card payments over the phone are accepted.
Framed and signed prints of outstanding top quality are reproduced on archival canvas paper giving them a flavor of the original texture and true color, and are available for $150 -$200, in the original size. Custom size prints also available.

Please join us at the show opening featuring fine wines and scotch. The opening Reception is catered by Chef Whitney Aycock and will feature--- and this should come as no surprise--- fish and seafood delicacies.
